I WAS enjoying what seems like the first of Spring, as the 3 feet of snow in my yard had finally melted, and I saw GRASS! Then, we ended up getting 2 more inches, with another storm to come today. I’m so over it! LOL!
Anyway…today I wanted to share a card using the newest Pretty Pattern 02 on the My Time Made Easy ™ LLC Blog.
Sketch Keyword will be MTMEPPS02
Click here to visit the blog, and enter your creation!
Here is my take on the sketch:
A strong cup o’ tea!
I loved this sketch! It really made me want to use a lot of pattern, and layers but keep it clean too! I THINK I accomplished that.
I knew I had been wanting to use this sentiment from the Keep Strong © 11 Images set, combined with one of our “coffee or tea” themed sets ( Fancy a Cuppa? © 20 Images, Grab a Cup © 37 Images, or A Spot of Tea © 20 Images ). I am really enjoying dusting off older sets, and executing old ideas I didn’t get time to implement.
So with that being said I used the cup image from Fancy a Cuppa? . I decided to stamp my own design on the cup using the daisies in the set, colored with copic markers, and added the flourishes from the Fanciful Flourishes © 21 Images.
I cut out my cup, and layered it onto the Dotted Stripes © Collection 2 paper. The floral paper is from the Coffee Beans © collection
I love how it turned out.
I stamped, colored and cut out the spoon to add to my design.
Instead of a “bow” on the sketch, I used the “tea tag” I created using the “Time for Tea” sentiment, and tea pot image from Just For You © 38 Images. I added a mini flower from the Singing Silhouette © 24 Images set.
Done!

Now time to share a photo of my crafting sidekick!
This is my 6 year old papercrafter: Amber
She is hard at work, using my Copic markers to color in her project . Yes I said COPIC markers! She is very responsible, and I would trust her over anyone else
She uses ALL my stuff! My Cricut, paper cutter, ink pads, cardstock, ATG gun…you name it.
She generally works along side me.
She goes to my website, picks out a template, and I will score it for her (explaining what I am doing). Depending on what he wants to do, she may decorate it first. I then help guide her to where the adhesive goes, and we both put it together
She always has great ideas and inspires alot of my packaging with her imagination.
Here she made the Carry It © template, and stamped with the images from Home Improvement © 21 Images, and a new, yet to be released set of images, designed after her
She created the entire project all on her own, picking her own images, and colors. The WHOLE thing
This is one side of the creation she made for herself
(and her blue nails, also painted by herself! LOL!)
Bad photo, it was dark out, and the lighting not so flattering, but she wanted a photo RIGHT away. She was so proud
But not NEARLY as proud of herself as I am of her.
She is one amazing girl.
Thanks for letting me share what I do, and how my children get involved and inspire me daily. They are my reason for everything!
My children are the best “job” I ever had, and are the best thing I’ve ever created:D
See you back here soon.
This is a peek at what is to be announced tomorrow!

Don’t miss the news, as I have several surprised up my sleeve!
Well today wraps up our February Release Projects. We like to celebrate this day with a group post.
As I mentioned last month, we have added a NEW! feature to the end of our monthly release called A year in review. This is when the design team and myself shares a project using any previously released stamps, templates, papers, and cut files!
This will allow you all even MORE ideas for using previously released items!
Let the inspiration begin here:
Now let me share one of my own projects
You make me a better person

What a great reason to give a gift!
I have lots of people in my life that I feel make me want to be a better person. I love having a sentiment that tells them so!
The sentiment comes from our Sensational Sentiments set. It is by far one of my favorites.
I used last month’s template release of So Fortunate. I really wanted to focus on the fact that this is a SUPERB box/template without it having to be “Chinese take out” like themed. I really enjoyed using this with some older images. I did use the “flag” image from the What’s my fortune? Cookie Cut Filefor the pink layer (resized with my SCAL/Cricut).
I kept the design simple and the colors striking. You don’t have to go all out to make an impact.
The flowers on the main panel are from the Sensational Stems set. This is a fun and whimsical, build your own images, type of set.
For the bottom of my tag, and top border of my main panel, I paired the images with the background building set Puckered Up Patterns. I LOVE all the pattern possibilities that set has to offer and used it earlier this week on the Day 1 Peek project.
I have not yet filled this, but I have picked a recipient
I know whomever receives this will know how much I appreciate them and the impact they have had on me.

I’ll be back soon with more cards and gift ideas as the month move along and time allows. We are heading into a busy Chemo/Raditaion week for my mom. So prayers are being said she has a good week.
Thanks for stopping by.
Hi everyone!
Sorry my post today will be late (and may get skipped :C). I spent ALL DAY in the hospital with my mom yesterday, so am TOO tired to do anything tonight (as I type this!). Her surgery went well and we await biopsy results this week.
I have my own doctor appointment today. I realized I better take care of me, so I don’t fall apart when my family needs me most! So wish me the best! I can’t afford to have any issues! LOL!
There is STILL some amazing samples though! Check out:
I’ll be back soon with some eye candy!!

Good Fortune!
How fortunate will someone feel when they receive such a sweetly wrapped treasure, full of surprise! This is a modernized version of a Chinese”take out” box, that also has a coordinating stamp set: So Fortunate, and a 3 dimesional ”fortune cookie” cut file (sold separately) to help further the gift giving possibilities and excitement!!
About the So Fortunate template:
3 3/4 Inches Wide
Available in PDF, SVG,GSD, DXF, WPC
This template coordinates perfectly with the So Fortunate Pretty Impressions stamp set, as well as the What’s My Fortune? Cookie Pretty Pieces Cut File.

The template also includes the decorative mat layers. I could have just stamped direct on the box, but I wanted some dimension, keeping my focus on the stunning images that Catherine designed.
I stamped the sentiment along the top of the template. I love how it came out. There are so many sentiment ”building” possibilities within the set, as well as many other useful sentiments, to enhance just about any gift.

As you can see it has a wonderful, and functional handle. The side panels just slip over the handle for a unique way to unwrap your gift! Fill this with any arrangement of treats!!

Here you can see I have a Cherry Blossom scented travel size Lotion, and Body Wash from Bath & Body Works!
Or use our So Fortunate Pretty Impressions stamp set, as well as the What’s My Fortune? Cookie Pretty Pieces Cut File.

You can use the What’s My Fortune? Cookie Pretty Pieces Cut File to customize your very own fortune filled paper surprises by using the So Fortunate Pretty Impressions stamp set. Can it get any more FABULOUS? Nope. I don’t think so! LOL!

I feel like I have a never ending list of TO DO’s these days, and my computer time is almost non-existent! My stamp room is being completed sometime within the next week (or two :O) so until then things will be really sporadic and crazy. I am still putting the final touches on our new home, as we prepare for the sale of our older one! I don’t think I’ve ever had so little sleep or cleaned so much in my life! I cleaned my house (and de-cluttered very often) and I THOUGHT my house was pretty clean, but after moving from somewhere after 8 years, SPRING cleaning will take on a whole new dimesniosion of things to clean that I never even thought about!
I WILL be posting pictures of our home in the next few weeks, I have way too much to do first, but promise to post. I found some awesome deals on stuff too, so I’ll share all my own tips for how I got things done as I post a new room each day
We are looking at another week or two before that happens. I can’t even wait for my stamp room to be done. Quite honestly I’m glad its not yet so I don’t feel pulled to my new haven
OK back to the daily grind
I hope you all are enjoying your time, no matter what you are up to!
My Time Made Easy ™ LLC has sponsored the JUGS Challenge with the In Suspense template!!
Make sure you check it out, and play along, so you get entered to win the Giveaway!!
I’ve been trying to get the last of my samples done for our November Release. Having a release while moving was a CRAZY IDEA, but when they gave us our date, I wasn’t going to say NO! We are closing a few days earlier than originally planned. Which works out even better! I will get to move in boxes of our stuff for a few days before all our friends help us move on the 30th!!
It feels very unreal right now. So close yet so far away. I’m terrified something will POP UP, and my dreams will burst. It all just went so smooth…..I can’t even believe it. I’ve been wanting this my whole life
Everything is just perfect. I have a wonderful, supportive husband who loves me and is an amazing father to our children, 3 gorgeous, crazy, loving, HEALTHY children, my lil dog Daisy, a job I LOVE, and the love of family & friends, and to top it off, moving into my dream home.
Now my dream home isn’t some HUGE expensive house, with tons of land, expensive fixtures, and all that fancy stuff. Its just a nice sized home, where my kids have their own room, with a nice yard, on a culdesac, in a nice neighborhood. We have a cute front porch, and a deck for summer gatherings. Its only a few years new, (no more big house projects! unless we WANT to do something) and perfect for raising our children in. We plan on being there with our grandchildren. It can’t get any better.
Anyway, my life right now is PACKING ! PACKING!! PACKING!!!, and TRYING to keep things together! I WILL somehow get it all done. Right now though it seems impossible.
I’ll keep you posted.
On the 29th our November Release peeks begin, so come back then!
Hope you and yours have a happy & creative weekend!
