That leads me to answer some common questions I have received over the last 2 weeks!

First and FOREMOST: Please read the download instructions prior to purchase —>HERE This is clearly labeled on the sidebar as well.

Be sure you UNZIP your files before trying to access them. You can’t open them if they are still zipped 😀 You may need to download WINZIP or Adobe Reader (or some other type of FREE software), depending on your computer.

Many of you may be use to ordering from other companies where your templates are EMAILED to you. Well as you know email doesn’t always work out so well.

My store is set up so that your downloads are available IN the store!! After you pay for your purchase you will be redirected to your cart. You will see your order, and can click the DOWNLOAD NOW button, to retrieve your files. If for some reason you do NOT get redirected, you can find all your purchases by logging in to your account, and view the history. Simply click the order in which you wish to see more details for.

Upon purchase it let’s you know how many days you have to retrieve your download, and how many attempts.

You are solely responsible for downloading them within that time frame. If you won’t be home, or will not have access to your computer, then wait to order until you WILL be available. There is no shipping on downloads so it doesn’t matter when you place that type of purchase.

Also if and when redeeming a coupon, same rule applies. You need to redeem prior to expiration date please. No exceptions.

Please remember it is your responsibility to back up your files. We recommend that you store a copy of your files on a disc/external hard drive.

All our CUT files for our Pretty Packaging © templates come with the template in a PDF version as well.

BIG NEWS!!

We are ADDED a .WPC file option to our Cut File downloads! All the current templates are available in this format NOW! Thank you to Sue Reynolds for undertaking this task 😀 She is meticulous.

We found that the .DXF files weren’t so great for people with PAZZLES.  This file type will work much better with PAZZLES. No resizing or altering anything, unless you want to.

Anyone who purchased the .DXF file for In a Pinch, or Hanging Holiday Sled, for use with PAZZLES can contact me to get a code for a replacement file. Please attach your Pay Pal receipt.

If you downloaded a FREE file in .DXF and need the .WPC, please just re-download in the .WPC version.

We are still carrying the .DXF version, as it works perfectly with several other cutters, so no worries there!
