You have every right to be a bit paranoid about protecting your children. These re weird times we are living in. Glad you will have someone trustworthy to help you. It wil ease your mind. I am 50 lbs overweight and on hypertension meds. I'm 60, so it's not uncommon. My busy life doesn't allow much time for exercise either, but only 10 minutes! I should be able to squeeze that in. It sounds worth it. Thanks for the heads-up. Let us know your take on its effectiveness. Young lady...you're such an inspiration, even to a senior citizen such as I.
