Maybe this will be an encouragement to you in the end of school year busy-ness. Here in New Zealand, our little kids finish the school year the week before Christmas! It is an insanely busy time. Just imagine all the things you are having to do now, with all the Christmas, New Year and summer holiday preparations added to them as well! It is totally crazy lol.

love it. that was my most favorite book to read to my daughter when she was little. for Christmas last year she gave me a stuffed rabbit and baby rabbit on its back with the a tage of that book on the cover. i LOVE it and smile everytime i look at it. now we see who loves one another the most. she says she loves me around the solar system
50 thousand times!!! LOL

Hey Lauren,

Check out http://www.arttoremember.com. It’s a fundraising company that works through schools to put your children’s art on pretty much any product imaginable! My school uses it and the products are totally cute and great quality. It might be worth checking into, maybe your art teacher would be willing to run it.

What a great gift idea Lauren…for a new mom with her baby’s picture or your/my Mom with a picture of her kids! Gotta love it! I will keep my eyes open for the next template that has “space” to package these!

I love that you were able to find the perfect stamp and make the perfect card for your daughter to reflect a book that you read together. How great you could make something that reflects the personal relationship between you and your little girl. I am sure this is something that she will treasure forever. Isn’t this craft wonderful?

I had to laugh when I read the Vera Bradley part of your story. I have 2 purses complete with checkbook and wallet and I just bought a Mini hipster yesterday, and promptly thougt now I need to get the check book cover. LOL I am sooooooo hooked.

Your new bag is incredible and what an awesome picture. I think that bunny image is so cute too and what you did with it is uber fabulous as usual. Thank you for sharing!

Lauren, what a great looking bag. It would almost hard to use it because I would want to treasure it, but then again everytime you use it you get to see your family.
That was a wonderful story about little Amber. Do cherish those times wheneve you can because they do grow up and those time do lessen. Love your card to remember those times.

Oh my gosh! Lauren, that makeup bag is to die for and I’m not a makeup kind of gal, but I think I want one just to put stuff in. The card…is perfect. Totally catches the book’s storyline. I have that book tucked away somewhere that I read to both of my kiddos too.
