This is posted a bit early.
Time for a Change!
It must be Spring Fever! Im so ready to change SOOOOO many things. I don’t know what I want to do. I’m so antsy.
This is where YOU come in 😀
Saturday Sketches! REVAMPED!
Time to spice this up people!!
I’m plain old BORED to death with the way the Saturday Sketches have been.
If YOU have a suggestion as to what YOU want to see here- SPEAK UP!!! Let me know! I’m open. It can be other things you may want to see as well. I’m tired of the same ole, same ole, with the sketches. Now, don’t get me wrong, I like the sketches but I want something more exciting. Maybe just a new outlook on them?
So I’m hoping to give it another go, and get excited again, OR I may just end the weekly challenge. Not sure yet.
Im thinking about a “Timeless Temp”, which is AKA-guest blogger to do a month of sketches, hosting one of their own, on the week of the Papertrey Ink release. That is my INSANE week. They would also take part in a inspiration challenge, which I will host here twice a month. Not sure yet. I’ll wait to see what the world thinks!
What do you think about that?? Inspiration challenge? Yes… or NO?! Should I just do away with the sketches? Post occasionally instead, no team??
I feel like there are SOOOOO many challenges already out there, why bother? Maybe just post more videos instead?! I dont know! I have so much I already do, I can just continue with that stuff.
THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN!
Depending on the feedback………if I continue the sketches……
I am going to have another “design team” call for my Saturday Sketches. So, if you are interested, try one of the 3 sketches posted here today, and link it, you then need to put a note in the comments section that you want in!
I’ll let you all know what direction I’m going Monday, for sure.
PS- You don’t have to want to be part of the sketch team to par-take in the sketches this week OR leave a suggestion/comment!
You dont need a blog-just a place to upload your creations!
I will be rounding the team out to about 10 players. Some of the girls have gotten busy, and won’t be playing, so we need more players!
Here are the requirements for the Saturday Sketch Team:
*I need you to be able to post at least 3 Saturdays a month. Obviously family and life come first-so don’t STRESS if something comes up! Just let me know. I send you the sketches several at a time in advance, so plenty of time. Yes you can use it for design team work too!
*I also want to include peeks of the team samples on my blog every week! This will let everyone see a PEEK at what they will find, when they visit YOU! I’ll need a PEEK photo of your sketch by THURSDAY, each week!
* You must link everyone on the team each week.
* The LAST Saturday of every month is a review of sketches! So you get to go and pick any older sketch you choose.
So let’s get started! In case we move forward with this.
Here is an OLDIE but GOODIE!
This is the sketch I missed last week! YIKES! BAD HOST!
This weeks sketch challenge
Now link your creations HERE!
I have some samples but will share later. Camera is dead, and I am dead tired! LOL!
In the meantime, make sure you check out the sketch samples for this week:
Thanks for stopping by!
I appreciate the feedback too 😀
Also check out Leigh Ann’s Blog! She has blog candy and is giving away a My Timeless Template!! Isn’t she cool! She loves them THAT much! Thanks Leigh Ann! You ROCK!
OK Im off to bed.

NO!!!! I love the sketches. Use different shapes. Try ovals for a month and change each month. Change the colors. I do so enjoy seeing what you come up with. Don’t end it. There a sorce of inspiration. I love seeing what other’s come up with by doing them.
Lauren – I love sketches and have a list of them I check out each week. I don’t always get to finish them all but I always work on the ones with some recognition factor to them first – like a chance to be featured for a week or to win a little something….. So I would love to see you continue with them but include something like your Timeless Temp idea – that would be very cool!
I am spending the weekend stamping with friends and will be back with a Design Team entry. Thanks for the opportunity!
I know it is difficult to continually come up with brand new sketch ideas, and I can see why you may want to change it up a bit. What about trying to combine the sketch with a product focus or technique as well? All the sketches for a month could include brads or ribbon or a dry embossed panel. It would change things up from some of the other sketches out there and make us use supplies we have 🙂
Well I would LOVE to be on your challenge team, Lauren! You give me so much inspiration! I can tell you are getting wiped out by all the demands on your time. If you feel you have to give up the challenges, then do so! Don’t worry about us…there are a lot of other challenges out there for us. I think we’ve just become accustomed to your weekly challenges that we would hate to see them go. I’m not great at sketch challenges, but I LOVE inspiration challenges. Almost anything goes there! If you need any help, I’d be glad to offer any I could! Get some rest and think about your long term goals! You certainly won’t lose any fans by quitting the Saturday Sketches! 🙂
Lisa
I completely agree with Lisa. I love your sketches and come here every day to get inspiration. You have to do what is going to benefit you. What is going to make YOU happy? In the grand scheme of things we often tend to be yes people, when we need to say NO once in a while. I am going to do one of these sketches and try out for your team. If you decide to pull back a little, I’ll support ya.
I love seeing your sketches. I get so much inspiration from your blog. I would love to see more video tutorials on coloring with copic markers. After watching your Lily coloring video a few weeks ago I ordered some copic markers and Pink Cat stamps. I am having trouble with picking colors, though. Anyhoo, keep up the great work Lauren.
Hi! I found your blog a week ago and have been totally absorbed by your creativity and the variety of things that “happens” here all the time ever since. I’m amazed you manage all this and am sooo happy that you do! Well, I don’t qualify to give opinions since I’m new but I do it anyway… Hehe. Your sketches are great, and I’ve already saved some of the best in my ispiration book waiting to get some scrap time. But there are other sketches out there, so I think the most important thing should be for you to feel comfortable with what you do, keep the joy of creating and blogging. And if the sketches fit, fine! If they don’t – I’m sure you will find something else really inspiring for you and us to do!!! Love your work! Hug Tesa
Lauren – I LOVE your blog and you inspire me so much so it totally makes sense that I’d love to be on your sketch team! I LOVE having sketches to work with and/or creating sketches! I also thought the idea of having some kind of Inspiration challenge is great – although there are others out there with inspiration challenges, I don’t ever think you can be inspired too much, kwim?
Anyway, I’ll try and whip something up when I get back to my home Sunday (gone for the weekend) so hopefully that isn’t too late (I didn’t see a deadline although you said to try to make something with one of the sketches “today” so I’m hoping I’m not out of the running before I’ve begun.)
Have a fabulous weekend!!!
Lauren – I love your sketches too – and I use them often as a starting point when I’m stuck – so I thank you! I was totally thinking today of doing a Timeless Template give away — Leigh and I must be on the same wave-length ;).
I know you need to do what’s best for you… just know I’m a big fan… 🙂 Inspiration challenges are cool too — I really am not being helpful…So I’ll stop now…
Lauren, you have so much on your ‘stamping’ plate right now, lol! I love all you do and share via this blog…it is sucha source of inspiration. Your sketches are great, I can imagine the time it takes to think them up and make them a reality via the computer…in addition to everything else you have to work on. While I would love to see them continue and join your design team, I understand where the need sometimes arises to cut something out and make life easier.
Hi Lauren! I couldn’t sleep after reading your post, so I did a card with the oldie but goodie sketch. While I was doing the card, I realized I had used this sketch before! I linked both of them to Mr. Linky. I’d love to be on your team should you decide to continue! Have a great weekend!
Lisa 🙂
Lauren and all….I can’t understand why you all need sketches to get you going! Surely you are all able to put together a balanced card without being told where to put this and that. I would find that terribly restricting. Just my two cents…..doubtless you folks don’t agree with me.
Lauren~
Your sketches are the first challenge I ever participated in…you got me going in the right direction in the papercrafting world. I always check out your Saturday sketch first thing that morning. I usually attempt creating something as well, but after viewing the many other Saturday sketches, I don’t always finish yours (I frequently end up combining different aspects of some of the sketches).
I also think that if you expand your design team it will help to get everyone else excited (more samples to view). I agree you need to recharge, and I’m excited to see what you come up with. I REALLY like the idea of the Timeless Temp! I have twenty sketches ready to go if you ever need me :O) LOL
Seriously, though…I think you’re thinking the right way at the right time. I advise NOT to give up now…just recharge :O) I love your blog either way, but really enjoy the anticipation of the weekly sketch. I’m not overly crazed about using an old sketch one week a month, but maybe your Timeless Temp could provide a sketch for that week too. Just my thoughts…I’ll stop by your blog either way :O)
Have a great weekend, Lauren. I hope to be back later with a sample…or three :O)
Krisitn
Hey girl, you know my thoughts 😉 I love doing your sketches and never miss a week! I’d hate to see them go too but I do understand how smokin’ busy you are!!
Wow the girls have given some fabulous ideas about spicing the sketches up….love that!!
Have a great weekend! I’m off to stamp!
Hi Lauren,
I love your blog. I have just about all your Timeless templates and have a great time using them. I just started playing along with you Sat. Sketch challenge and hope you can contimue. One suggestion is have your team members come up with the sketches and take turns. If you are not doing that already. Add your timeless templates, color sceams then you don’t have to come up wih sketches all the time.
I would also love to be on your Sketch team I will have a card for you by Sunday. Here is my blog if you would like to see it. http://www.busybeestamper.blogspot.com
Thank You,
Virginia
I love your site – I check you out daily! If giving up weekly sketches gives you more time to do videos or other cool stuff (or even get more sleep) I’m all for it. You are amazing – we don’t want you to burn out. What I’d really like to see is a Timeless Template challenge once in a while – I’d love to see what others do with your fab templates. It could be a seasonal theme or just a specific template for that challenge. I feel you put so much work into those that they deserve the spotlight! I also like the “temp” idea. Good luck with your decision!
Absolutely love your site !!!! My vote would be to give up the weekly sketches to allow yourself more time for other creations. I’m not crazy about the team idea. I like your style and although I enjoy seeing others work, I visit your site to see yours. You need to do whatever continues to make it fun for you and not get burned out ! I’m sure you’ll make the right decision and your blog will remain one of the best 🙂
Lauren! I love, love, love sketch challenges and yours are fabulous. It would break my heart to see it end. Looks like I’m gonna have to take a stab at all 3 of these and maybe apply.
Hugs,
Lauren, Love the sketches and love to check out what the team does with them. I have used lots of your and their ideas for cards and scrapbook pages. I know you are very busy, but please continue in some way with the sketches (even once or twice a month instead of weekly). I NEED others to keep giving me ideas to make my own. Take care.
Hi Lauren,
I just found your blog only a couple of weeks ago, as I have really just recently been blog hopping. You have really inspired me, so thank you for that. I did start my own blog about a month ago and already have 48 followers. I am so excited about it. I just did my first tutorial and had a blast doing it. I am so new to the sketch as I have only done 3 of them. I like your sketch here and since I just found them, would hate to see them go away. I am not really sure about your design team, but it sounds like fun for sure. I will work on a card and try and post it asap. How long is the commitment for with your design time members? I would be honored if you stopped by my blog and left me a comment on what you thought of my first tutorial. I have not idea how you do the video ones and am hoping to take it to that next level soon, like I said you have really inspired me, so thank you. Have a great weekend.
Hi Lauren. I think your skeches are great. Keep them coming. Here’s the link to the three cards I have made for your sketches, Thanks!
http://stampindesigns.typepad.com/blog/2009/04/calling-all-saturday-sketch-fans.html
Oh, oh…this is exciting, I’m going to go up to my stamping room now and work on an entry for your Design team. I love sketches, all kinds, even if there are a lot out there, they are all different and sometimes there is one that “speaks” to you…what about doing something different each Saturday, so that you don’t get bored. Week 1- sketch challenge, Week 2- Color challenge Week 3- Inspiration Challenge Week 4 – Timeless Template. Just a suggestion 🙂 I’ll be back later to link up my entry.
Lauren, love your blog and all of the creative ideas that you have. I have been so excited with you videos and I have all of the Timeless Templates from PTI and LOVE them.
I want you to protect your health, time and family…so, what ever area you want to concentrate on, know that you have a team of Cheerleaders here to keep you strong!!!!!!!!
I really like the inspiration you provide via sketch, challenge or project idea. I truly love the way you inspire my creativity.
Please do n’t stop your Saterday sketches, I love them . I get so much inspiration from your blog your templetes your videos and your cards. You even motivated me to lose weight and since February 28 I have started walking and have lose 11 pds and 2 inches. Please keep your sketches. Susan
HI Lauren 🙂 Just another vote for keeping your saturday challenges. I agree with some of the other posters, maybe changing it up each week so you wouldn’t have to create so many sketches would free you up a bit. Or, as another poster suggested, have your sketch DT come up with challenges once a month or something (like during your PTI releases) to give you a break. I LOVE the idea of having one week be a template challenge…it seems like you pour yourself into those and they deserve to be spotlighted as a challenge.
All that said, I am a HUGE fan and love that I can come to your blog and see something new nearly every day. If eliminating one thing on your plate would help you not go totally crazy with committments, then you should make that choice for yourself. We will ALL understand 🙂
I too am jumping up and down at the chance to be considered for your sketch team so I had better get to work and go MAKE something! Have a wonderful weekend and thanks as always for your honesty and creativity!
You have great sketches, Lauren. I have them all printed off in a binder to refer to! I’d miss them terribly as I work much better with a layout to start with since I got short shifted in the creativity gene pool 🙁 However, you are a BUSY lady and I will support your decision whichever way it goes. It it’s too much pressure, maybe just do two sketches a month or something along that line?
This is awesome. I am going to be getting some new stamps in the mail today and this is a great excuse to play along.
I would love to be a part of your sketch team. How soon do we need them posted?
Soooo cool, I am soo playing along. I can’t go shopping right casue the the Wii Fit, go figure, that hing KILLED my legs, so I am going to sit my butt down and craft 🙂
This is going to be fun!!! I am soo in.
Hi Lauren! I would like to be on your sketch challenge team!! I uploaded my take on your sketch!!
http://crafty-creativity.blogspot.com/
Hey Lauren ~ I enjoy seeing your Sketch each week and how the team puts their own ~spin~ on it. However, I can only imagine how much added work it is to your week, which I know is already filled and overflowing with responsibilities.
What about doing a Challenge every other week and then a Sketch every other week? [Giving you two weeks off] But perhaps use the Challenge window to be a bit more “involved” or for a seasoned stamper/crafter, who wishes to stretch outside their comfort zone? I think it should be called, **~~The THROW DOWN, Starring, LAUREN’S VISIONARY VIXENS~~** 😉
Hi Lauren, I just LOVE your site! I visit it at least once a day and sometimes more…I really love your style and your timeless templates are fantastic! You really make packaging a gift a dream! I find your site to be very informative and really like your Saturday Sketches…I understand if you are not able to keep those going…but would really like to be considered to be on your design team if you do! Thanks for giving us a chance to play along with you!
Here’s my two cents worth and that’s really all it’s worth. I’m going to go a slightly different direction than most of the other posters. I L*O*V*E your templates. I come to your blog to get inspiration for projects and gifts. There are literally loads of sketches out there, but your template projects are unique. If I need a gift idea, I start here because your gifts and “wrapping” are fantastic. I would love to see you create a template challenge where you and your team have a weekly or monthly challenge to use one of your templates in a special manner: color challenge, theme challenge, seasonal or gender challenge. Don’t get me wrong, your cards are super inspiring too, but your projects are what keep me coming back over and over because no one else does with templates what you do as well as you do!
I fully agree with Lisa….I just love what you do with the templates…don’t EVER give them up, please…..would love to see what others do with your templates. Lauren, my life was getting much too busy….I had no time for me…or the home…so one day I just said ‘I’m taking a break from card making for others from end of February – September’ – just like that….I apologise if others are disappointed they can’t have a card but I don’t feel guilty AT ALL. I just felt I was created out and boy have I felt liberated in the last almost 2 months….and of course I started my better eating regime on 1st April….glad to say it’s slow but steady and I’ve lost 6lb…a lot more to go…I also appreciate your encouragement in this regard. Please do what you feel is best for you. You cannot go on the way you have been. Your health will break down and you will be useless to your family and to us all. Please think carefully and act accordingly. We can wait until you are refreshed again.
Hi Lauren,
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog. That was so sweet of you to leave your comments there. In my last post, I just noticed all the type-Os hahahh! I had a two year old sitting in my lap. Gym class is done, kids are fed and now napping, so I had a chance to finish up one of my cards. I want to work up a big wonderful post about your blog, before I post it to my blog, plus, It would be nice to have all three sketch cards done before I do that, so I have just downloaded it to SCS. I put the link here under your “mister linky” (which is such a cool thing btw) for you to check out. I talked it over with my husband about this whole design team thing..He is all for it, so I would love to be considered for it. I am really starting to know my way around this blog world and am enjoying it very much. Please take a look at my SCS gallery. I just recently started doing the vintage stuff, which I really like, but have done a lot of stamping and watercolor work in the past. I think It would be a blast to get to know you and to play along with your team of girls. What ever you decide to do, I will still keep coming back 🙂 I just love your blog 🙂
p.s. did you want us to do all three? if so, by when? 🙂
Priscilla
Hi Lauren! I finished my offering for the DT consideration and I am so excited to know you will be checking it out. Hope I did your sketches justice 🙂 Thanks girl!
http://paperdaydream.blogspot.com/2009/04/my-time-sketch-30-and-31.html
I’m so happy you liked my idea 🙂 I finished my creations…
I really don’t know which I prefer. maybe more videos? Yes, definitely more videos. I LOVE your creations!
—Jacqui
Hi Lauren,
I don’t have any suggestions for you, but I do visit just about every day. You should do what’s in your gut and I’ll just follow along. I added a sketch card to Mr. Linky and if you want to throw my name into the hat, I’d love it! I’ve been a little neglectful of your sketches, but I have always enjoyed them ever since you started them.
I know this isn’t one of the sketches you showed Lauren, but I actually created a blog spot and added a card I had made and just wanted to see if I did it correctly. I had sent you an email explaining my lack of computer and blogging knowledge but I thought what the heck “TRY IT” I guess that’s the best way to learn. but any tips you can supply would be greatly appreciate!!!!! Thanks for your patience with me your awesome!! Sylva
Opps, http://Sylval.blogspot.com
Lauren, we can’t tell you what to do certainly. But I will say, please do what is best for you!!! It is what is important!! That said, I absolutely love your Sat. Sketch. I think any challenge would be awesome! Maybe change it up instead of using sketches all the time. I love your blog, and your style. Your work is stunning. I would absolutely love to be considered as a member of your design team. I can say that I would be fully committed to it and you. You can check out my blog if you would like
http://rainedaydesigns.blogspot.com
Thank you so much Lauren. I left my mytimess31 linked up in Mr. Linky if you would like to see my card 🙂
Sincerely,

Thanks for everything!

Hi Lauren! Hope you’ve had some time to relax and enjoy your family this weekend. Here’s a card I made using mytimess30. I had SO much fun making it…all the sketches you posted are calling my name right now. I changed up a couple things on the sketch, hope you don’t mind 🙂

I love your Saturday sketches, Lauren, and would hate to see them go; however, I completely understand you wanting something different. I honestly don’t know how you have time to do all the things you do. Are you sure you haven’t cloned yourself somehow??
If you do decide to keep going with them, I would love to try our for your team! Here are my cards for the week. http://mrsackey.blogspot.com/2009/04/mothers-day-mayhem.html
Good luck with whatever way you decide to go…we support you either way!
I would love to be on your design team. I really enjoy your blog and your work is fabulous. I don’t know where you find the time to get it all done. I posted my submission on Splitcoaststampers since I have already posted on my blog today. Everyone did a fantastic job. You will certainly have a hard time deciding.
Thanks for the opportunity!
Kim
I would love to be on your design team. You really are an inspiration to me and it would be an honor to be able to work with you! Check out my submissions!

Hello there, Lauren:
I love your work…your Saturday Sketches and creativity is wonderful and keeps my mojo going. As others have mentioned you are a very busy lady and I can truly appreciate the demands on your time. I have added my samples to the list of contributors for you to consider. I would enjoy the challenge of being on your design team and look forward to all the new ideas you and your team give us all.
God Bless!!
I always check your blog on a daily basis. This is the first time I used your sketch. I really enjoy viewing your blog. You have so much inspiration.. I would love to join your team if that is the route you take. Thank you for all the wonderful ideas you share with us.
Denise
Lauren, I love all you do and share via this blog…it is sucha source of inspiration. You are the most creative person if ever seen……
Your sketches are great!! I would love to see them continue and join your design team.
Thanks for the opportunity!!
Blessings!
Patricia
Hi Lauren! I just want to say that I love your sketches! Maybe challenge added to it like a twist or something would make them more unique? If you opt to end the Saturday Sketches I would be disappointed but would totally understand! I added my cards to Mr. Linky and would love to be considered for your new team if you decide to go ahead! Thanks!
Lauren – I love your sketches and SO WANT you to keep doing them. I’d love to be part of your DT!!! I have posted my 3 submissions to my blog….OH this is fun!!! Please keep posting them! I look forward to them every
weekend!
Kat
I would love to be apart of your DT if your still considering it. I have made one card so far, I have posted it on my blog and I also linked to Mister Linky. I think being on the DT would be fun. I enjoy doing other peoples sketch’s because I find them to be challenging, and who doesn’t like a challenge every once in awhile.
Lauren~
I’m so glad you decided to stick with the challenges…only spicier :O) LOVE your fresh ideas and can’t wait to participate!!
I created a card for each sketch. You can view them at this link on my blog: Mindless Creativity – Ultimate Sketch Challenge

And I could do any kind of challenge! I love your idea of rotating through them on a monthly basis.

Wow Lauren your blog is amazing!! Thanks for all these great sketches please dont stop doing them!! You do whats right for you, you seem terribly busy all the time, give yourself a rest once in a while too! I love these sketches!! The last one called to me and I linked up a card! I would love a chance to be selected for your sketch DT, I feel my greatest cards have been made from a sketch, they are the best inspiration to me. Thanks so much!!
your sketches are great:)
hugs
how fun, I just saw this post., I am gonna try tonight to see what I can come up with 😉
Here is one of my cards. I will have another to share tomorrow. I am so excited about the new challenges you will be starting. This is awesome.
http://missyscreativecorner.blogspot.com/2009/04/2-challenges-in-one.html
Hi Lauren, I was so excited to see your call for a new team. I love the idea of mixing it up each week. I would love for you to check out my card at sarahw-stampinwithsarah.blogspot.com/2009/04/hello-friend.html
Hugs, Sarah
I know I’m late to the game here, but I’m so glad you decided to keep doing sketches – even if it’s just once a month. Your sketches are the best and I always fall back on them when I am in a rut or need to create quickly. I’m excited about the new challenges too! Thanks for the opportunity to be on your team!
I’ve waited a while to think about what I would write here and think I have it. I struggled with this because I wanted to be selfish and complete the sketches because I love your blog, your style and your sketches and I would LOVE to be on your design team. But, this is not something for me to decide. And I didn’t want to make cards using the sketches and make it even harder for you to decide – because knowing you it would make you feel like you have to keep them. Ultimately, you have a ton of things to do and you need to put you and your family first. I will still love your blog, I will still love your style and gain inspiration from it everyday. I will seek sketches out elsewhere – there are tons of them if you know where to look!
I hope this helps (as hard as it was for me to say and not be selfish about it)!
I am so glad you have decided to keep your sketches going. I know that juggling all of this can be hard. You have to enjoy what you are doing to keep doing it. I would hate for you to feel obligated to post sketches each week. Thank you for all that you do.
Well I have posted my sketches and would love an opportunity to join your design team.
Somehow part of my message was deleted. Just wanted to let you know that I always go to your blog for inspiration. I love how you put your heart into everyone of your creations. Thanks for all you do Lauren!!!
I am so excited to hear about the changes you are planning to your Saturday challenges, Lauren!!! It would be an honor to be chosen for your design team! Here is a link to my submission using this week’s sketch:
http://inkfullyyours.blogspot.com/2009/04/tea-for-two.html
Well, I’m getting mine in after you’ve already decided on the changes you’re going to make and I must say – I LOVE what you have planned!!! Everything you do is such an inspiration and I’m happy to see you’ll be continuing to bring the papercrafting world wonderful challenges each week and I’m excited about some new challenges!! Consider my name thrown into the mix on the long list of contestants vying for a coveted spot on your team!!!
This is the first time I’ve tried to get on a design team (deep breath), but please check out my blog and see if you think I’ve got what you’re looking for as a design team member. I’m really ready for the challenge. My blog is new and this would be a great opportunity for me to stay inspired and creative! Anywhoo, thanks for at least taking the time to consider my potential as a design team member!
Hi Lauren
Short and sweet…Love your blog I look at it everyday but I have to confess that I don’t comment much on any blog ..I should cause there’s so much talent out there. I print your sketches of every saturday ..if it’s not on yours then I print it from Dawn’s.
Have a wonderful day!!
Hi Lauren! Thanks for the opportunity to “audition” here. I hope I did your sketch justice! I must admit I always keep your blog until last in my Google Reader, because I spend so much time looking at your posts and watching your videos! Love it!
And, I’m a fellow Nikon user!
Good luck choosing a team, I’m sure everyone who is chosen will do a great job. I love how you are mixing things up each week, I think that will really help people (including you and the team) keep the mojo going.

Hi Lauren! All of my entries are on my front page. I have cards for the three sketches and for the template. I would be just thrilled to be chosen for your design team! Your blog is the first one that I check out every day. Thanks so much for having an open call for new designers.

I want in!! I missed the call the first time around somehow…glad I saw this one on time! I love, love, love your sketches…and we won’t even begin to tell you how much I adore all your work! Using your templates and inspiration pics and colors would all be fun too 🙂 Anywho, I submitted an entry to Mr Linky with 2 different cards. Crossing fingers and toes here 🙂 Thanks for a chance!
I hope I’m not too late! I would definitly love to be on your DT! I love your sketches and I love seeing all your creativity. If my printer worked I would have tried the box challenge too! I’m excited to see what you have in store! Thanks for the chance!!
I love your blog and sketches Lauren so I had to take a shot at your team tryouts 🙂 I hope you enjoy what I created!

Hey Lauren,
Your blog was the first stamping blog I found and your Saturday sketches were what started me into my own blog about 5 months after I started reading your blog. I have been blogging for about 7 months now and though I will never be where you are at I have enjoyed seeing my hits go up and up to around 22,000 right now. (No where near 2 million but hey it is fun!!!)
I just sent you an e-mail with my application pieces for your sketches.
I would love to be considered for your team, and of course I adore the idea of each week being a different theme!!! That will really jaz things up and make it fun for your team to get the word out there even more about your great templates!!!
I have used the purse/stationary holder template a million times for little girls birthday party presents!!!

Another late in the game response, but I am soo glad you are keeping your saturday challenges! And the way you’re mixing it up is really exciting! I absolutely love your blog and visit almost EVERYDAY.
Thank you for the opportunity to audition for your Design Team – I wanted to explain that I linked my gallery at splitcoast because my blog is a little of a work in progress right now – my focus has been with my family and my new business.
OK, I am tossing my hat in. hope I am not too late. check mine out here
