She should be more considerate especialy considering the diversity she MUST face daily with her students. I really feel bad for Noah (and you of course!). He shouldn't have to feel like he has to play along just so he doesn't get singled out. That's so sad to me. I also know the guilty mom feeling, and the feeling of being totally stunned when something like that happens. You did the right thing, and I trust that Noah will grow to understand completely (if he doesn't already), and learn to stand by his morals and beliefs by watching you.
