I don't know if it's so much for working out, but a song that gets us moving is Brick House...yeah...stop laughing!! DH and I are dance-challenged, but when that song comes on the radio ("Saturday Seventies"!!) we both cut loose with whatever you call what we do...it certainly isn't dancing! :) Hugs... ADORABLE card!!!

Now I need to do a WishRAK for the images and make this for her to brighten her day. She is 15 and that is a horrible time (any time is horrible tho) to have the family torn apart and my heart goes out to her. Thank you for giving me this wonderful idea for her.
