And even better was your heartfelt, honest, and inspiring post. I too have a kiddo with special needs (my 3 yr. old has CP) -- and while I'd give everything I own for him not to have his condition, in so many ways it has been a blessing to me and my family. We are so much more grounded and aware of how blessed we are to have each other, a warm and wonderful home, caring friends, the resources to get him the treatments he needs, and a healthy sense of humor to not take the little things too seriously.
