As for all the friends with showers, look at it this way, you'll be there to be able to give advice from the "I've experienced" it side of life:) and you'll be well on your way to having independent kids long before they will. In the meantime, enjoy being able to hold their babies and play with them, without having to change a diaper or suffer from a lack of sleep etc. Great colour combo - pink, choc., celery.
