   1) How long have you been stamping?
   about 18 to 20 years

   2) Do you remember your first stamp, and if so what was it, and do you still have it.
   that’s a pretty hard question - it was either a happy birthday stamp or a bear stamp - not sure what brand maybe an Australian brand no longer made - do I still have it - yes never get rid of my stamps as I never know when I might need them

   3) What is your favorite technique?
   I love any type of construction type of card and these days embossing with the cuttlebug embossing folders - but I also love playing with any background tech - there are soooo many out there

   4) What item are you DYING to buy but keep putting off?
   the background stamps from Cornish Heritage Farms - hopefully next month maybe LOL

   5) What is your MOST used tool? (besides your paper cutter people!)
   Hmm I guess that is a 3 way tie - my tria markers, my wizard for my cuttlebug embossing folders and my screw punch

   4. I would really love the cuttlebug, but I am trying not to spend money right now until I use up some of the stuff I have been hoarding!

   1. I’ve been stamping for 11 years
   .
   2. 1st stamp/stamp set was Button Bear from SU. It is badly stained from much use from me and my DDs, but we will never give this one up because there are so many great memories there! I signed up to be a demo the first time I ever saw stamping, but had no clue as to what I was doing!

   3. Fav tecnique is watercoloring. Pencils, pastels, markers, etc. Love it.

   4. Item wanting to buy is a bind-it-all.

   5. Most used tool - toss up between my crop-a-dile and my cuttlebug.

   I have been stamping for 9 years.

   My first stamp was (I think) a precious moments boy with christmas lights wrapped around him.

   My favorite technique is paper piercing.

   Item I am wanting to buy is the new papertrey sets.

   Most used tool is cuttlebug, punches and ribbon. They are on quite a few cards together.

   2. My first stamp was from a local company here in Australia (3 big daisies) and I still have it

   3. Don’t really have a favourite technique but I’m really getting into the ‘faux ribbon’ technique

   4. I’m ‘dying’ to get my hands on Papertreys Faux Ribbon set and I’ve added and deleted the Cardstock Vellum and the 1-1/4 SQ punch more times than I can remember. I’m also waiting to get my cuttlebug off lay-by too.

   5. My paper piercer and RD punches are my most used tools

   1). Approximately 4yrs. Long enough to have a ton of stuff.
   2). It was a single stamp from Michaels. A Winnie the Pooh Bookplate stamp. Yep. Still got it!
   3). I love watercoloring. It makes me feel like a kid w/ a coloring book again.
   4). Either a cuttlebug or a bind-it-all. Someday soon…just gota justify it all in my head first.
   5). I use my stamp-a-ma-jig ALL the time for placement. My stamps are never mounted exactly how the sticker shows.

    1) I have been stamping for five years

    2) My first stamps were assorted flowers from Hero Arts - I still have most of them

    3) Favorite technique - I don’t know if it’s a “technique” but I love making anything that will hold a little treat; boxes, bags, pouches…love to had them out to random people and make them smile

    4) Resisting buying - Cornish Farms backgrounds…soon I will cave in and buy some

    5) Most used Tool - Stamp a ma jig - don’t know how I stamped without it

    I’ve been stamping 4 1/2 years.

    My first stamp was SU! Botanicals. Yep, I still have it. I don’t kow that I’d ever get rid of it.

    Technique? I love coloring with markers or aquapainter. Paper piercing too.

    Actually, there’s nothing that I’m really dying to have. At least not today.

    Tool? Maybe my paper piercer or aquapainter.

    1) I have been stamping for 4 years.
    2) My first stamp set was Brushstroke Alphabet from Stampin’ Up! and I do still have it. I never use it though.
    3) My favorite technique right now is faux stitching. Although, I watercolor everything if that counts!
    4) I am also interested in the copic & prismacolor markers. Pretty pricey though…

    5) My most used tool is the Stamp-a-ma-jig. Lines up perfectly every time!

    1) How long have you been stamping?
    About 4 years

    2) Do you remember your first stamp, and if so what was it, and do you still have it.
    Yes, my first stamp was a ProvoCraft (acrlyic) chick in a birdbath…I still have it and yes, I still use it!

    3) What is your favorite technique?
    I love to watercolor…or just plain color…love it! That and adding a “sketched frame” around all my images

    4) What item are you DYING to buy but keep putting off?
    Alcohol inks…with the blending solution and the blending pads…I keep looking at them…but never seem to buy.

    I can’t wait to see your cards!
    5) What is your MOST used tool? (besides your paper cutter people!)
    My watercolor crayons…but that is probably not a tool…so I have to say a tie between my blender pens and my aqua painter.

    Hey Lauren! Still missing you, hope all goes well today with Alexa’s treatment! Here are my answers:

    1) How long have you been stamping? Um, almost 3 years

    2) Do you remember your first stamp, and if so what was it, and do you still have it. - My first set was was Cheery Chat and yes, I do still have it that and bold basics (I think…that se is Shannon’s now)

    3) What is your favorite technique? I would have to say faux stitching as well, but haven’t used it much lately

    4) What item are you DYING to buy but keep putting off? hmmm, There are lots of things I suppose, I do want the pollen dust set from Fancy pants, and Faux Ribbon from Papertrey (plus some of those palette hybrid inks ;)) I did order the butterfly set though (it’s on it’s way…YAY)

    5) What is your MOST used tool? (besides your paper cutter people!) Probably my Cuttlebug, or my paper piercer…

    2) My first stamp was one I bought for my wedding invitations—-17 years ago! It was a wedding bell that I heat embossed. (Can you believe it? I didn’t know anything about stamping then.)

    Hi, Lauren. I read about your Disney trip and had to giggle. We took our two boys last fall (while I was pregnant) and it was nice to know that we were not the only ones who feel like taking the kids on vacation is NOT a vacation. To answer your questions:
    1) been stamping about 6-7 years
    2)First stamp was Happy Winter, yes I still have it!
    3)lately, it is versamark resist
    4)sewing machine, to do real stitches on cards
    5)paper peircer and ticket punch

    1) How long have you been stamping? Let’s see…..ummm about 15 years, but like a fiend the last 3-4 years or so.

    2) Do you remember your first stamp, and if so what was it, and do you still have it. My first stamp would have to have been the D.O.T.S. stamps that I fell in love with (remember DOTS?), and yes I still have them.

    3) What is your favorite technique? That would have to be embossing.

    4) What item are you DYING to buy but keep putting off? Alcohol Inks, but lucky for me my Secret Sis just sent me some!! YEAH

    5) What is your MOST used tool? (besides your paper cutter people!) Paper piercer or tweezers, tie for both, since I use them both for EVERYTHING!

    1) Stamping just over 3 years, since the first workshop I attended during SAB 2004

    2) First stamp? I bought TONS at that first workshop, but I remember buying Time for Fun and/or Travel Time. Since I haven’t had the energy/fortitude to sell any of my stamps yet, I do still have it.

    3) Favorite technique: so many I still need to try but I do like the baby wipe technique

    4) Embarassingly, there is nothing I’m dying to buy since I pretty much buy what I want…

    5) Most used tool is either my ATG gun or my tiny hole punch to make holes for brads

    2) I remember what my first stamp looked like, forgot the name, but it was pretty tacky!! (my taste has definetely
    changed!!) I gave the set away.

    4) I have been dying to buy the water color wonder crayons and the aqua painter. I really want to get that for some bleaching ideas.

    5) Most used tools are any of my punches or my new Cuttlebug. I love it.

    1) I’ve been stamping for seven years, but not sure I remember a time before stamping! Ha!

    2) I remember my first set was from Stampin’ Up!, and it had lots of pieces, not sure of the name.

    3) Favorite technique? That is hard. I love embossing, but there are so many to pick from.

    4) All the punches, I want them all, and I really try to add one to each order, but it so tempting to order them all, if only DH would let me!

    5) My embossing gun and my Crafter’s Tool Kit.

    4) I would like to get the cuttlebug, but since I just bought the cricut 2 weeks ago, I better hold off for a little while longer.

    2. My first stamp was a Christmas stamp manufactured in Saskatoon Saskatchewan by a compnay no longer in business. It was a holly leaf with berries.
    3. My favorite technique changes from day to day but right now it is wax crayon resist.
    4. I am dieing to get some more sizzix dies. I know the sizzix is old school but I don’t really need a new machine for the amount I use it especially since I can use cuttlbug dies in my sizzix.
    5. My most used tool is my stamp-a-ma-jig. I love being able to line up my images!

    Watercoloring is my favorite technique.

    The cuttlebug. I just can’t afford to buy it and all the folders at once and don’t want one without the other.

    2) I think it was SU’s Tall Tales Alphabet. I saw it in a magazine and HAD to have it, so I found a demonstrator and had a SU party. Now I’m HOOKED!

    3) What is your favorite technique? I have to pick one??? Wow- I like embossing because there’s so much you can do with it and I also like Rock and Roll (whoops- picked two!)

    4) What item are you DYING to buy but keep putting off? Definitely the Cuttlebug. I love the embossing folders I keep seeing with it!

    5) What is your MOST used tool? (besides your paper cutter people!) Right now it’s my punches- of any kind- I love all the punches- word window, giga scallop, mega, slit, ticket, etc.

    1) I have been stamping for about 4 years.

    2) My first stamps were SU’s Watercolor Garden II and not only do I still have them, but they’re absolutely still among my favorites!

    3) To pick a favorite technique is really hard. Although I do not bother to do it as often as I would like to/should, I think I would have to say embossing.

    4) A Bind-It-All (Or Rubi-Coil. Can’t decide which one to buy!!!).

    5) Well, I am totally lost without my bone folder. But lately it seems that I am constantly reaching for a sanding block, so I guess it’s a toss-up. Both are absolute nessessities for me and in constant use.

    1) My stamping habit is about two years old.
    2) The first stamp I ordered was “Bundle Up” by SU!
    3) I constantly do gamsol magic and I love the effect.
    4) I really want to get Paper Trey’s new one “Faux Ribbons” and I would love to own Fancy Pants “Pollen Dust”.
    5) It’s a toss up with my tools. I use my tweezers and paper piercer with just about every card I make. Does stickles count too? I use stickles just as often. LOVE THEM!

    3) Favorite technique is embossing - it makes your images really pop.
    4) Dying to buy a Cuttlebug, I love the embossed look everyone is making.
    5) Most used tool is a paper piercing tool - great for eyelets in the middle of a card or faux stitching!

My favorite tecnique is making my own background by sponging ink of different colour onto glossy paper. I would love to purchase some Bella,s. The tool I use the most must be my sponges right now.

    Hi, I am Marilyn Joyce but on the computer I am known as Marilyn, a quirk of my Mother’s called her four daughters by our middle names, Joyce, Jean, June, and Joan. We are all now over 59 years old. I was introduced to stamping by my daughter about 2 and a half years ago. The first stamp set was SU’s Lovely As A Tree. I still have it and sill love it. Trees are beautiful. My favorite technique is using magic mesh(dry wall tape) on cards. Cheaper than magic tape and so pretty for the money. Most used tool would be our eyelet setter. I have wanted to purchase a Croc-a-dile and they have been out of them every time I have money in my hand. When my grand-son was three years old he had AAL cancer; he and his family also went to Disney World also. He is in remission and just this past week -end ran a Mini-mararthron and came in with first place in his age class( he turnedd ten years old today). He finished 13 and 1/2 miles in 2 hours and 17 minutes but with time-out(about 10 to 15 minutes) in the middle of the race to use the bathroom.     2. My first stamp set was a baby set from SU! I used for my 1st child’s birth announcements. I don’t have it anymore.

    4. Dying to buy . .. I guess Prismacolor pencils but I can’t justify it when I have all the SU markers, the chalks, the Watercolor wonder crayons . . .plus I can’t sell them!

    My name is Beth (frannyb on SCS), I’ve been stamping for 12 years but only 5 regularly. My first stamp is a name plate for my daughter’s books and I still have it. My favorite technique is direct to paper inking. Have to say I just bought a cuttlebug which I’ve been thinking about for some time. The good news is I got it for 1/2 off at Joanns! I think right now I’m using the paper piercer the most.

    2-My first stamp stamps were the Sincere Salutations set. My mom had been trying to get me interested in stamping, and she got this set for me when it was on special for $10 if I remember right.

    3. I LOVE stamping with versamark and clear embossing to create a tone on tone look.

    4. Being so new there are LOTS of things that I want to buy. Stamps, inks, paper, ribbon, punches, glitter…. The two “high priced” items that I would like is a cuttlebug or a cricut.

    5. I use my heat gun alot (since I love embossing right now) I also use markers quite a bit.

    1. I started stamping a little over a year ago after I had surgery & had to quit work due to cancer treatments. (I owed so many people thank you cards, and had so much time on my hands that I decided to learn how to make my own thank yous:)

    2. I think my first stamp was a Stampin Up Nativity set. I think I still have it packed away in a box from when we moved.

    3. My favorite technique is currently dry embossing.

    4. I’d like to purchase a couple Papertrey sets & some of the giga & mega punches one of these days.

    5. I use lots of tools but of the larger items I quess I use my Sizzix Sidekick most often.

    2) My first stamp is a lot older than that, it is a bunny stamp, maker unknown, that is probably 20 years old. It might’ve started out as my sister’s but soon became mine! I still have it.
    3) Hard to say what my favorite technique is I’m not too much of a technique junky, but I do like making faux backgrounds.
    4) I would really like a new paper cutter, maybe a Carl, to replace my ancient Fiskars rotary cutter. After that it is probably a Cuttlebug
    5) Tool - I’ve been using my ticket corner punch a ton lately!

    1) How long have you been stamping? Since the spring of 2002 I think -about 5 years!

    2) Do you remember your first stamp, and if so what was it, and do you still have it. A wolf howling. Yes, I still have it I just made a card for my sister cuz she adopted a Sibe and they kinda look alike.

    3) What is your favorite technique? I love Gamsol and Prismas, I only have about 24 prismas so I NEED more!!

    4) What item are you DYING to buy but keep putting off? Scallop Punches and wood and foam for mounting my Bellas. I really prefer mounted stamps even with the space issues.

    5) What is your MOST used tool? Ooh hard one!! Maybe my brayer to get nice and even backgrounds, maybe my blending stumps or paper piercer for brads and primas?? Probably my brayer!

I don’t remember my first stamp but I remember I attended an SU party at my campgrounds and my daughter wanted the Kanji set and we bought that and black ink and well we have gone full force ahead ever since Me the stamper her the scrapper.

    3) What is your favorite technique? I really like resist techniques and DTP

    4) What item are you DYING to buy but keep putting off? I want the Cuttlebug to replace the bulky Sizzix but so far haven’t found a good enough deal.

    5) What is your MOST used tool? (besides your paper cutter people!) I use my Crop-O-Dile a lot and my Tombow MonoAdhesive roller! LOL

    I have been stampin for about 3 years.
    My first stamp set was by Stampin UP and it is called Cuddles and Tickles. I used it to make our baby announcements. I still have it and use it…….i wish that they would off had bundle of joy back then!
    My favourite technique would just be watercolouring.
    I would love to buy the stamp set City of David or get the Cutter Kit from Stampin UP.
    My most used tool would be ……..mmmm maybe my blender pen and aqua pen.

     3) What is your favorite technique? Heat embossing

     4) What item are you DYING to buy but keep putting off? The cuttlebug; I have some folders and use a pasta maker, but would love the actual machine.

     5) What is your MOST used tool? (besides your paper cutter people!) Paper snips and bone folder.
